We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Townhouse and provide exceptional customer service experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be addressing customer inquiries via multiple channels such as phone and email. You will assist resolving issues, and ensuring a positive interaction with our products and services.
Main duties will include:
Provide our customers with the best possible experience, ensuring they are always happy when leaving the salon no matter the situation, being a true 'Townhouse Ambassador'.
Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms, offering prompt and professional assistance.
Address customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure Townhouse standards are kept to the highest level and delivered with consistency.
Create a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.
Required Skills:
Experience in customer service is a must
Experience within a customer-facing contact centre environment is ideal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
Exceptional level of emotional intelligence to understand and listen to our client's needs
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Can adopt the mindset of 'the customer is always right'.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and booking systems.
Full time: 38 hours per week - Fully Remote
