Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced Marketing team. They will have the ability to learn marketing basics from the ground up and work within multiple areas of the Marketing team. This person will be responsible for marketing operations for Email, Direct Mail, SMS, and Affiliate marketing and will be assisting on projects that encompass creative tasks, set-ups and tracking, analytics, and the execution of journey mapping of our customer experience.

This person must have project management skills, experience with MS Office Suite, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to work with minor oversight, to fulfill outlined tasks on project goals and needed actions.

This position is a hybrid remote position, meaning physical presence in the workplace is required at least three (3) days per work week. Employees in this position must meet and adhere to the requirements set forth in the Company's Hybrid Work Policy.

Essential Functions

SMS Marketing:
  • Manage list pulls & file merge-purge
  • Track, monitor and measure campaigns
  • File and archive the Direct Mail print samples

Email Marketing:
  • Assist daily email deployment
  • Help build out the annual email/SMS promotional calendar
  • Audit existing email campaigns for design consistency
  • As needed Email reporting needs

Create Customer Journey Mapping:
  • Work with DM, Email, and Analytics team to pull together creative, timing & metrics of the trial marketing efforts to map and measure the customer touchpoints

Digital Growth Department to manage creative assets for Video Marketing promotions:
  • As needed reporting needs
  • Competitive Research
  • Face-to-face interaction and coordination of work, including the ability to work in person at local office at least three (3) days per work week
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
