Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a dynamic, well-rounded In-House Counsel with the emphasis on contract law for their client in Connecticut. Responsibilities:

• Contracts drafting, review and negotiate - contracts for sales of good/commercial contracts - terms and conditions.
• Manage legal documents, tax compliances, safety regulations, corporate structuring & acquisitions.
• Handle IP, Software law & Data services and conduct legal and mute court sessions.

Requirements:

• CT State Bar admittance.
• 1-8 years of law firm experience.
• Proactive learning attitude for new areas of the law.
