About this position

The Individual Investors Client Experience team is seeking an Analyst to join our digital product and platforms team. In this role, you will collaborate with other analysts, product owners, and engineers to proactively monitor the “health” of digital transactions across web and mobile platforms. Your main tasks will include collecting and analyzing detailed data across digital platforms and downstream applications, documenting policies and procedures, and performing user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of digital transactions for individual investors.

Responsibilities

Monitoring – Proactively monitors applications and related reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of digital transactions. Documents the outcome of the monitoring and provides updates to internal stakeholders via periodic status reports and meetings.

Reporting – Partners with Technology, Compliance, and Operations teams to expand oversight and control reporting. Works to develop new standards of monitoring that provide coverage in line with business policy and regulatory requirements. Works closely with Compliance partners to complete SOC1 reporting requirements.

Analysis - Provides support to product owners and other stakeholders to evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions. Partners closely with data teams to capture trends in support of broader themes for client experience improvements.

Solutions Delivery— Provides requirements and acceptance criteria to drive the digital transactions monitoring roadmap. Activities include gaining alignment from stakeholders, documenting requirements along with prioritization, and performing acceptance testing.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications


  • Advanced degree in business or related field or an MBA.

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analysis or a related field.

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

  • Fundamental technical skills.

  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
