In this exciting role your primary objective will be to provide leadership and direction for the development and implementation of programs and systems to assess and comply with international, federal, state and local environmental regulations, company policies, strategies, initiatives and goals.
The Senior Global EHS Program Manager - Systems is part of the Medtronic Global EHS Team and serves as the Sustainability and Compliance Systems - Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will be supporting Medtronic's Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) strategy including implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of corporate EHS&S Data Systems. This role will also serve as the SME for EHS&S information analytics and metrics reporting.
This position reports to the Global EHS Director - Systems & Services and works with other functional SMEs across the company on the development, implementation, and verification of environmental standards and systems.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
