Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Designer in East Brunswick, NJ.
Responsibilities:
UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool provided by Company
Create digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and accessible to users
Work with internal stakeholders to identify their business goals and develop the strategies and tactics required to meet them
Gather user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components
Develop user flows and high-fidelity wireframes with a broad range of functionality
As a UI/UX Designer, you will analyze existing data to propose layouts and optimization improvements
Propose front-end designs that align with existing digital platforms, other outreach efforts, and the agency's brand and software releases
Work collaboratively in a fun team environment to generate new ideas, improved efficiencies and share knowledge
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of UX design + QA experience including ability to create sitemaps and wireframes
Experience in Responsive HTML5 Frameworks such as Bootstrap
Experience creating detailed documentation of needs, requirements, recommendations and use cases of enhancing customer experience
Experience in communicating with other technical teams, product, sales and business development teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates, and meet production deadlines
Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
Must be proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Storybook, Figma, FigJam and Sketch and designing for CMS (Drupal)
Comfortable communicating with product owners, back-end and front-end developers and stakeholders
Comfortable performing quality assurance testing for functional requirements as well as adherence to best practices for technical acceptance criteria across use cases
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
