Job Description:
Location: Kirkland, WA, US, 98033
Worksite: On-site for the first 6 months, then an opportunity for WFH 1 day a week
Compensation: $84,000 - $112,300 annually

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day and month-end activities of 1 or 2 staff accountants
- Ensuring timely and accurate margin analysis, cost standards, and financial reporting
- Participating in month-end financial statement closing duties, including margin analysis
- Leading preparation of cost of sales forecasts and subsequent reviews
- Analyzing cost reserves and ensuring proper accounting practices
- Driving process improvements and training the cost accounting team
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, including supervisory roles
- Understanding of US GAAP; CPA / MBA preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, and data analytics tools
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
