Job Title: Sr. Accounting Project Analyst (Multiple positions available)

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Function)

Provide technical input by assisting and analyzing the development of business plans, budgets, and other financial models.

Accurately write and code department requisitions for payment processing and input coded invoices into the Oracle ERP for accounts payable processing.

Apply and maintain budgeting systems which provide control of expenditures made to carry out activities such as production, maintenance or to project activities for capital expenditures.

Develop reports with summaries and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of outage expenses, project expenses, and summary of costs based on past, present, and expected maintenance activities.

Prepare consolidated an individual financial statements with footnotes for required audits.

Perform the role of authorization for expenditure (AFE) administrate tour by tracking and maintaining AFEs for proper approval, authorized amounts, asset disposals, and further analysis.

Develop matrix and reporting, prepare and present data, gather and maintain project information from multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

4 years of experience as a Sr. Accounting Project Analyst, Plant Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, or similar duties under a different job title.

4 years of experience with accounting, with emphasis in financial analysis.

4 years of experience with applying generally accepted accounting principles when preparing financial statements and reports.

2 years or experience working with: Oracle ERP systems and tax procedures and standards.
