We are looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented, an excellent problem solver and loves working in a team environment.This position reports to our Egg Harbor Township, NJ office.

Job Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service answering phones, responding to client questions, and ensuring client deadlines are met.Process payrolls using our proprietary system.Maintain client files for accurate, up-to-date information.Possess ability to multi-task and service many clients simultaneously.Participate in internal team meetings to discuss client needs & resolve issues.Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables.Communicate with clients and third-party institutions by phone and email.

Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent)1 year of general office / customer service experienceBasic knowledge of payroll is required. Service Bureau experience is helpful, but will train the right personComputer Skills: MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel
