Location: Charlotte, NC


We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to our commercial banking operations within Wholesale Operations.


Responsibilities:

Policy Adherence and Issue Awareness:

• Ensure compliance with risk management policies within the Line of Business (LOB).


• Create awareness of issues and challenges related to policy adherence.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any policy violations.

Incident Management:

• Respond promptly to incidents related to technology disruptions.


• Raise incidents to the team for root cause analysis and remediation planning.


• Work closely with stakeholders to prevent future incidents.

Remedial Operations:

• Investigate incidents such as duplicate wires being sent.


• Develop solutions to recover assets and prevent recurrence.


• Separate incident management from problem management.

Incident Reporting:

• Prepare executive-facing incident reports.


• Communicate effectively with higher-level executives


• Ensure accurate and descriptive reporting of incident nature.

PowerApp Systems:

• Leverage PowerApp systems for efficient incident tracking and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process engineering or related roles.


• Strong communication skills.


• Experience with PowerApps is highly preferred.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (macros in Excel are a plus but not required).

Workflow Tool:

• The team utilizes a SharePoint Online app as the workflow tool.


• Work is managed through a queue on an ongoing rotation basis (24 hours/5 days).


• Incident owners manage incidents until closure, which may take several weeks.


• Ongoing engagement with operational partners.
