As our new ICT Engineer, Test & Automation you will be responsible for designing and documenting all ICT Fixtures and Programs for new and existing products. The ICT Engineer is involved in the entire design process, from concept design, through prototyping and testing, to manufacturing and support of the finished product.

You will be empowered to shape our future:
Implement ECO's into existing programs and fixtures and documentation
Work with ODB Files, Keysight and Test sight software packages to develop fixture files for development
Develop programming plans for on board processors, EE Proms, DSP's, CPLD etc.
Implement DFM and DFT requirements
Provide means to ensure quality of process outcomes may include procedures, automation, and poke yoke
Lead process improvement workshops, facilitate cross-functional Design Standards review, and influence best practices with all levels of technical peer resources
Ensure/audit engineered safety within all projects, including risk assessments
Generate all associated documentation associated with the development of ICT Fixtures and programs
Ensure/evaluate end to end quality at the project level for experimental work, measurement, and analysis for reliability deliverables including procedures
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
Bachelor of Science degree with 7+ years of experience or equivalent
Demonstrated capability to successfully lead small developmental projects
Understanding of ICT design process including DFA, DFM, and DFT techniques and requirements
Proficiency in the creation of ICT Programs, Fixture files and programing methodology
Knowledge of OrCAD, Altium, AutoCAD, DraftSight, SolidWorks, and GerbTool
Ability to carry out complex assignments and projects with a high degree of creativity
Collaboration on cross-functional business processes, and routinely modifies ICT design standards
Capability to successfully lead small developmental projects
Ability to participate with design engineering in project timeline development and delivery commitment requirements
Proficiency with QA006, ES125
Keysight 3070 programming
ICT fixture design / debug
PCB designing knowledge and PCB layout
IC Programmer / language experience:
Arduino
Python
MPLABS/PICKIT
Uniflash/XDS200
SEGGER - J-Flash, ARM, Altera, Atmel
Perl script
Tera Term - Serial
HEX Editor - HXD
Ability to multitask
