Lead and direct the Merchandising systems strategy on building the Enterprise Pricing, Assortment and General Merchandising solutions that drive business results. Ensure various technology components are built at speed according to standard patterns with a high level of data quality. - Bachelor's Degree Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience within a software engineering environment
- 10+ years of experience as a software technology manager of large teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Demonstrated skill in working with multi-location global teams
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Proven delivery of innovative results in previous roles and strong knowledge of industry trends and industry competition
- Demonstrated capability to build, mentor and maintain an inclusive team-based environment
- Proven expertise and experience in business case development, product scoping and project planning with development teams
- Working knowledge of data quality processes and analysis

Desired
- Master's Degree Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Any experience leading a merchandising development team
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture/Cloud (Azure)- Direct the technology strategy around pricing for all channels and ensure development is completed on time, with high quality and supports the vision of pricing for the company
- Work collaboratively between the Product Management leadership, business leadership, technology, 84.51 and vendors to drive the technology for all aspects of pricing, space and floor planning and General Merchandise
- Lead a team of 100+ technology associates, consultants and vendors to deliver world class technologies in the pricing, space and floor and General Merchandising areas that support the initiatives that will drive outcomes for our customers
- Direct leaders within the Merchandising systems domain on development and implementation processes, including analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for application systems in an environment of diverse and complex development platforms
- Lead and implement strategic direction of leaders and associates within multiple software engineering design services domains, development projects/initiatives, working closely with technology and business/product management to identify/ translate complex business requirements
- Lead the technical consulting and leadership, identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies that assist the functional business units in meeting their strategic objectives
- Provide leadership to ensure clarity between ongoing projects and the strategic objectives of the company
- Collaborate with other leaders, advisors, and partners in the formulation and execution of the technology strategies in support of the company's overall business plan
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
