- 5 years experience working in manufacturing in Production Control, Supply Chain, Engineering, Purchasing or Quality.

Job Responsibilities

- Compiles, analyzes, and prepares plant casting revenue and standard margin forecast
- Develops and manages shipping plans to drive execution to customer expectations and internal revenue and profit forecasts
- Ensures adequate raw material inventory while meeting inventory targets
- Ensures safe and functional shipping, receiving, and warehousing processes
- Schedules and communicates with the customer any delinquencies to their orders
- Works toward reduction of costs within related fields such as inventory, waste
- Manages others and contributes to talent factory strategy
- Works in conjunction with other groups to advance our technical capabilities and reduce cost of manufacturing processes
- Participates in run-at-rate analysis of future products, technology advancements needed, and capital requests and implementation.
