POSITION: Development Project Manager (CASTO Net Lease Properties)
REPORTS TO: Vice President of Development
BASIC FUNCTION: Project management duties for retail developments, overseeing financial, timeline, and quality in execution and delivery of process.
MAJOR DUTIES RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Develop client, consultant, and contractor relationships.
Managing engineer and architectural consultants.
Managing Contractors during construction.
Deliver a profitable project in accordance with financial standards.
Develop project budgets and schedules.
Development of initial project planning, accountability, and scheduled project status reviews.
Maintain adherence to project schedule, including participation in development and regular updates with team.
Participate in scheduled project team meetings with owners, design team members, jurisdictional authorities, and construction team members.
Responsible for project procurement.
Preparing contracts and amendments with consultants and contractors.
Review of lease and contracts.
Review and approving consultant invoices.
Produce regular reporting on project status, budgeting, progress, turnover.
Understand and comply with the company's EEO policies and affirmative action obligations.
Client management throughout procurement, construction, and post-construction processes
SKILLS:
Strong technical and communication skills are critical.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Autocad and site planning preferred.
