Job Description:

Wily and You

Do you dream of working on a college campus and strive for transformational relationships in your work with young people? Do you enjoy independent work and also thrive as a member of a collaborative team? If your answer is yes, then let's meet and learn more about each other.

As a Clinical Scholar Coach, you will experience the honor of partnering with Wily Scholars throughout their college experience - supporting them in identifying and working towards their goals, managing challenges and celebrating their successes in real time. We are looking for a coach who can build and maintain authentic relationships with students and walk with them throughout their college journeys.

The Wily Network is especially committed to recruiting candidates from historically marginalized backgrounds and identities as well as those whose leadership style fosters diversity, equity and inclusion. The successful candidate will possess the authenticity and cultural humility necessary to be an effective representative of Wily and the Wily Scholars.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience with trauma-informed care, collaborative and strength-based approaches
  • Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or M.Ed in Counseling) or equivalent - license not required
  • Must have a car or reliable means of transportation to see Wily Scholars in person on a variety of campuses and to attend in person meetings in the Newton office whenever required.

The Wily Network strives to create a workplace that reflects our commitment to racial, gender, and social equity. All identities will be welcomed, valued, and protected as a member of our Pack.
