This position is responsible for reporting company performance metrics and serving as the production communication lead. The Operations Analyst will accumulate and interpret various data sets, providing accurate and actionable outputs for the organization to utilize.
Essential Functions
in various systems, such as ERP - Fresh Byte, to obtain necessary data.
data into central reporting systems, with a strategic focus on the automation of data capture and accumulation for daily and weekly reporting.
with cross-functional teams to understand processes and collect information on operational performance.
key performance indicators and financial metrics, identify trends and analyze variances.

in the month-end reporting process, providing accurate and timely outputs.

Education / Skills / Experience
data entry skills are necessary as we transition from manual entry to automated data flows.
to stay organized and facilitate multi-task work in a fast-paced energetic environment.
in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
to understand the reporting needs of the business and implement a strategy to structure internal data accordingly.
An FP&A reporting solution such as Data rails is a plus.
