Leading law firm with a varied and sophisticated national defense practice is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with Trial experience to join their growing team in their Orange County, or Los Angeles offices. Portables are NOT required. Hybrid work schedule is an option. Prior experience in either Transportation, Trucking, General Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury or Wrongful Death experience desired.
Responsibilities: • Manage assigned cases • Handle cases from inception to conclusion • Take and defend depositions • Make court appearances • Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications: • Trial experience • 7+ years of litigation experience • Licensed to practice and in good standing in California State • Federal Court experience a plus!
Base salary range 180k-250k+ Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package.
