Currently, our services are available at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Responsibilities: The Director of Construction is responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of the construction process, from initial site selection all the way through completion of construction. This includes handling bids for contractors, adhering to local regulations, ensuring all phases are completed on time, and holding weekly meetings on status updates.
Must-Have Skills:
10 years of construction experience, with recent experience as a Director, Manager, or Construction Project Manager.
Experience working within the hospitality industry or commercial construction.
Previous hands-on experience seeing projects from beginning to end.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in qualifying, contract negotiation, recommendation, and administration of Professional and Contractor Agreements.
Experience in hospitality (hotels and resorts) or restaurant development/renovation projects.
