Job Description:

We offer world-class Metal Stamping, Forming, Assembly and Powder Coat for a wide variety of industries including Automotive, Industrial and Appliance. We have approximately 225 team members and three manufacturing facilities in Kentucky. Our facilities boast 36 stamping presses, a state-of-the-art powder coating line, robotic welding, cosmetic stainless-steel finishing and numerous assembly operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee all plant operations including, planning, scheduling, production, maintenance, toolroom, S&R and quality.
  • P&L responsibility including development and implementation of strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Develop staffing plans to meet production levels and budgeted production requirements.
  • Build a team that continually looks for opportunities to improve and implement change effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments and plants to align operational activities with business goals.
  • Drive process and culture to achieve results.
  • Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development and problem resolution.
  • Responsible for leading a safety program to ensure that all people are trained, operations are safe, and policies and procedures are adequate and enforced.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and boost productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align activities with business goals.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, taking corrective action as necessary to ensure objectives are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing operations, preferably in a metal stamping facility.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Evaluate, enhance and automate key analytic capabilities across departments utilizing ERP system to generate and impact decisions to maximize value add to the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment.
