What You’ll Do

• Review loan and lease documentation to arrive at accurate calculations of buyouts. Including Early Buyout Options, End of Lease Purchase Options, Stipulation Loss Value, and loan prepayments.


• Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers timely on contract buyouts.


• Accurately prepare, review, and publish reports for maturity tracking.


• Responsible for the review of lease and loan documentation including preparation of booking forms as well as accurate booking into portfolio systems.


• Prepare funds transfer requests and facilitate the prompt, efficient, and accurate funding of new business including compliance with OFAC.


• Responsible for processing modification requests and/or contract changes as well as management and reconciliation of floating rate contracts.


• Responsible for maintenance of loan and lease documentation and scanning of documents into records management systems.


• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience

• 1-3 years experience in a financial environment


• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products required


• Knowledge of commercial loan and lease documentation preferred.


• Knowledge of loan and lease pricing software such as TValue and SuperTrump preferred Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills needed to work with business people at all levels.


• Bachelor's degree or some college in accounting, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
