The Application Administrator works with all community Babson users (faculty, staff, students, alumni) as well as internal IT stakeholders, and external vendors, to ensure that systems are meeting the business unit needs. The Application Administrator is part of a collaborative team of technical specialists who are responsible for the success of ITSD's initiatives, college assets such as student information system, student data systems, learning management systems, online collaboration systems, and the M365 application ecosystem. As an Application Administrator, uses customer service and project management skills, along with technical and analytical skills, to support consultative and collaborative efforts as they support the Babson community.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Acts as the primary application administrator for one or more of Babson's enterprise-wide critical systems and as such is responsible for:

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
3-5 years of experience supporting one or more of the following applications is required: Cisco Webex, Canvas, Cvent, Form Assembly, Qualtrics, EMS, JIRA or Confluence.
And at least 3-5 years of experience leveraging the Microsoft Office 365 Suite to support, design and develop solutions utilizing the following systems:
1. Overall Platform: Ability to manage user rights and application settings, in partnership with Babson Systems resources and external MS vendor resources, focused on leveraging M365 to gain efficiency.
2. SharePoint: Utilization of collaboration and information sharing.
3. OneDrive: Utilization for personal file storage including file sharing.
4. Business Intelligence: Educate and support users with PowerBI and SharePoint to expand the capability of Office tools and enhance information development and sharing.
5. PowerPlatform: Educate and support users with PowerPlatform for low code/no code solutions.
6. Teams: Support as a communication tool.
7. Apply expert level skills to solve business problems for all the M365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerBI).
8. Apply advanced knowledge SharePoint Online and OneDrive assisting users in taking advantage of more advanced offerings.
9. Stay informed of changes to the M365 application ecosystem and evaluate impact to our community users.
10. Understanding of how to use PowerShell to support M365 tasks - such a Sharepoint theme deployment.
11. One or more years of experience supporting data flow and integration needs for M365.
12. Experience deploying M365 technologies to end users, including providing training and supporting documentation and communication needs.
13. Experience supporting M365 while supporting one or more of the following applications is required: Cisco Webex, Canvas, Cvent, Form Assembly, Qualtrics, EMS, JIRA or Confluence as an Application administrator.
14. Experience supporting data flow and integration needs for M365.
