EA to Founder/Chairman of start-up - Multi-billion dollar Hedge Fund
Please note this role will be remote until January 2025, and then will require in-office days.
RESPONSIBILITES
Oversee day-to-day office administration for the Founder/Chairman of a newly formed Family Office.
Monitor and help prioritize multiple business and personal projects
Manage active and ever-changing calendar in multiple time zones
Act as primary gatekeeper
Compose both personal and professional correspondence
Review all incoming email, drafting responses as necessary
Prepare research on potential investments and acquisitions
Maintain confidentiality of all projects and sensitive matters
Manage special projects, as needed
Plan and oversee complex travel
SKILLS
Adept in handling several complex projects at the same time
Accustomed to prioritizing an ever-changing list of objectives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understand how organizations work and have excellent collaborative and influencing skills at all levels
Comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of 3 years in a high-level support role
Experience providing business and personal support for a busy Principal
Proficient with most office computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
Skilled in Internet research, savvy with social media
Compensation rage: $100k-175k.
