Responsibilities include project management, compiling data and analytics, and looking for opportunities to improve processes within the Business Technology area. You will be responsible for executive communications - preparing staff meeting agendas, gathering information/creating content meetings and presentations, and also help in some event coordination.
Key area of focus will be partnering with leaders a given area and roll out programs/initiatives to different teams. You will also be helping with resource planning by gathering data and presenting demand vs capacity and doing projections of headcount needs.
This position requires a strong analytical mind, high attention to detail, great communication skills, and strong work ethic.
Ideal candidate will have experience working with IT/Engineering teams and leaders.
