Job Description:

Position Summary

Primary responsibility is to promote and increase sales of company products and software through

collaboration with Mitutoyo America’s Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support Departments. Main

contact for product support for MAC Sales and Marketing departments

What You'll Do:

1. Develop on-line product training and awareness programs that focus on technical, usage and

performance related topics.

2. Develop on-line education programs that will help the education department initiatives through

LMS and other on-line mechanisms.

3. Develop content and standards for the above programs.

4. Perform and develop on-line demonstration techniques and procedures that will support

remote and enhance in-person experiences. These programs should be designed to expand to

the current AE and product supporting personnel.

5. Develop and implement remote support tools and resources for all departments such as remote

diagnostic tools for field service, remote support by Technical support team members

6. Develop a virtual user community for the users of our products to engage with MAC

7. Improve our knowledge and skill of work-piece and industry requirements through a collection

of part types that will educate our sales team and distributor network

8. Develop, maintain and organize efforts for Virtual showroom content database and create new

product plans and support materials, using both internal and external resources.

9. Develop virtual training programs to support MAC on-boarding of new team members and

distribution partners.

10. Coordinate with Marketing to produce content that will enhance our technical position on social

media platforms and with social media partners.

11. Organize and develop systems to streamline overall content management the above related

assets.

12. Support EUP and help establish how customers interact with eLearning and virtual resources.

13. Help implement new promotion and sales strategies for eLearning and virtual content.

Software Involved in this Job Description:

1. Adobe Photoshop, or another image editing software.

2. Adobe Premiere, or other video editing software

3. Open Broadcast Software (OBS), or other recording/streaming software

4. iSpring (LMS Development software)

Other items:

1. Experience with Cameras and Video system hardware and software.

2. Experience with lighting and other recording studio related equipment.

3. Storyboarding, voice overs and content development for video production

Supervisory Responsibilities: There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.


Work Environment: Office Environment.


Physical Demands: The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to

access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.

Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM


Travel: Up to 25% travel is required with an average of up to 5 hours driving per day.


Required Education and Experience: Education equivalent of four year degree; additional specialized

training. Five years’ product management experience.
