HR Administrative Assistant
Full Time
Location: Garden City
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the new hire process, new employee orientation and open enrollment meetings.
- Oversite of personnel files/record keeping and filing
- Grow Well/Care To Thrive coordinator and main contact
- HRA tracking and correspondence to all parties
- Auditing personnel and medical files
- Deadline tracking for benefit paperwork and correspondence with employees
- Making new hire folders, copies of booklets, policies, defensive driving steps, etc.
- Auditing monthly bills for terminations, incorrect premiums vs employee deductions
- Ordering office supplies, NEO supplies, looking at sales, tracking trends
- Assist with Paycom password resets
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age 21+ and High School diploma or equivalent; exposure to HR processes preferred
- Two years experience in business or medical office setting preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills attention to detail is important
- Experience in spreadsheet and word processing applications required.
- Accesses confidential information with integrity and accountability.
