Experience with database connectivity in SQL
Experience with ERP systems, IFS preferred
Strong complex problem-solving skills and creative ability
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts in an easily understood manner both in writing and verbally; clear and concise verbal and written communications

Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints
Perform custom programming to support business needs
Consult with other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance
Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation
