Validating and sending all POAs and Titles to DDI timely and accuratelyMaintaining orderly files of all documents received such as titles and POAsReleasing titles and liens to dealers and our membersProcessing auto loan payoffs for membersFollowing up with members and lenders to ensure INOVA is added as the lien holder.
