We are looking for highly motivated and self-starting strong data analyst looking forward to innovating in a fun and fast paced environment with a passion to improve peoples' quality of life. The individual will operate in all phases and contribute to all activities of creating business insights and capabilities.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in advanced Excel, SQL, Python and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau and/or PowerBI). The successful candidate must also interface with all groups and levels to solve problems and create solutions.

This position is in Mounds View, Minnesota within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) operating unit and requires on-site presence three days a week.

A Day in the Life:

In general, the following responsibilities apply for the Advanced Analytics Analyst role. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, platform teams, and program managers to support the development and the execution of a Patient Care Systems (PCS) roadmap for operational analytics, predictive modeling, reporting and data management that will transform the organization to be data driven and metrics based.

• Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and model data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.

• Conducts statistical analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification.

• Utilize key operational and transactional data to create actionable insights across platforms and assets that will improve operational performance.

• Advise, define, create and test visualization and reporting of KPIs

MUST HAVE - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, Statistics or other technical discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of technical experience

Nice to Have

• Ability to interface with all groups and levels to solve problems and create solutions.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, SQL, Python, and analytics/reporting tools (Tableau and/or PowerBI).

• Strong technical experience in data management platforms and program management systems including but not limited to Microsoft Project, Excel, Access, SAP, BW, BEx, Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization system, Cloud- based data infrastructure, and Program Management Metrics, and Reporting.

• Data analytics, risk management and financial competence

• Program metrics migration from legacy systems to new, cloud-based framework

• Reporting/Dashboarding Design experience

• Lean Six Sigma or Design for Six Sigma Green Belt

• Proven track record of successfully managing data

The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations).The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience,certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.

Base pay is based on numerous factors and may vary depending on job-relatedknowledge, skills, and experience .
