Role Summary:

The Field Service Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of field service operations. This position involves coordinating, monitoring, and improving the delivery of technical support and services while ensuring customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, monitors, and improves the delivery of onsite field service technical support, assisting in the development and deployment of service capabilities.
  • Ensures documentation of service requirements and fulfillment.
  • Supports in the recruitment of field service personnel and coordinating their development opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals for service work.
  • Gather and analyze data to produce actionable reports for monitoring field service utilization and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Organizes online and in-person events for field service staff, business development, and customer engagement.
  • Develop, deploy, and document tools and processes to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Track, compile, and process completed service work for invoicing and reporting purposes.
  • Approve reported time and expenses of service personnel.
  • Manage long-term service projects to ensure proper asset utilization.
  • Assist service personnel as needed by providing information and completing administrative tasks.
  • Complete customer requests by providing safety and insurance information, as needed.
  • Perform other field service coordination and support duties as deemed necessary.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating company provided services, such as logistics, managing schedules, etc..
  • Strong commitment to personal and business ethics.
  • Experience with ERP platforms, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, multi-task and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiar with industrial manufacturing and service practices.
  • Experienced in planning and coordinating services at customer locations.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, max 10% of the time.
