Job Description:
Position: Payment Product Coordinator
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid model)
Term: 12 Months Full-time W2 contract with a financial client.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of business project management experience, specifically focused on projects involving wire payments.
- Hands-on project manager with the ability to independently manage/lead product-related project deliverables and meet delivery deadlines.
- Proactive, independent self-starter who can work collaboratively with product and cross-functional teams and partners.
- Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence application for Agile development.
- Background in documenting and refining user stories and process flows.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences.
- Proficiency with MS Office software products, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Experience navigating heavily matrixed organizations, including multiple business lines.
- Strong wholesale treasury management background and experience.
- Experience with international products and/or payment systems
