Expand existing contracts profitably within a year.
Assume all Technical Services divisional responsibilities for select existing client sites within 12 months of starting. This includes contract management, daily staff management, and growth.
Support proposal efforts for Technical Services in the areas of waste management, radiation protection, health and safety, and/or decommissioning nationwide and lead efforts for select existing clients.
Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows relating to select clients or locations.
Implement stakeholder and partnership engagement strategies (DOE, DoD, NNSA, and others).
Qualifications we require:
Must have 15 years of progressive technical experience in the nuclear industry. This can range from waste management, decommissioning, radiation protection, and/or health and safety to name a few.
Must have at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. No substitution for experience.
Experience with proposal development, cost development, client relationship building, and business-to-business relations.
