Duties include but are not limited to: • Qualifying clinic(s) patients daily through EMR/EHR systems and insurance portals (multiple states) • Support for clinic-based allergy technicians in the field. • Learning and supporting company's allergy protocols • Support for upper management
Desired skills/qualifications: • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently. • Adept in basic computer skills (Open Office, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Adobe, Microsoft, HP scan) • Knowledge of medical billing procedures, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS) and insurance regulations • Understanding of software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review and analyze medical documents. • An excellent communicator • Able to serve as a liaison between patients and providers • Ethical and dependable • An advocate of patient education • Very detailed oriented and organized • Able to multitask
