Position Summary
The Production Bakery Supervisor is a baker that prepares and presents consistent and great tasting made-from-scratch baked goods according to our recipes and standards by maintaining the highest sanitation and safety standards every day. We are looking for a full-time bakery supervisor to help the production team with prepared dough and ingredients to produce products to be baked and to package finished products.The hours for this position are 7AM to early afternoon upon completion of the daily production schedule, typically Monday to Friday and Saturdays as required for increased production. Within this position you must be able to mix and bake products as well as supervise team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing all baked gooditems according to standards with speed and consistency of qualityAssisting in all aspects of the processincludingmixing and baking process with ability to operate ovensPackaging baked goods for either retail or wholesale distribution in a secure, neat and presentable mannerHelping inspect baked goods for qualitySupervising and working as team with other coworkers to ensure efficiencyUsing safe food handling proceduresMinimizing wasteEnsuring that all work areas remain clean and organizedEnsuring that all food products are stored properlyCompleting other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Prior bakery or food service required with a minimum of four years experienceAbility to follow instruction and pay attention to detailMonday to Saturday availability early AM to PM scheduleAbility to multi-task in a fast paced bakery environmentAbility to be constantly on your feet working in a high-energy environmentMust be able to work in a team oriented environment
