DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Develops, maintains, and supports the Windows PC applications and libraries necessary for game content creation.
• Works with tool users and other engineers to determine tool requirements, then drives the implementation, documentation, maintenance, and improvement of these tools.
• Regularly performs technical reviews of current tools to identify deficiencies.
• Breaks down large tasks into actionable, trackable elements.
• Provides guidance to new engineers on how to tackle and think about different problems.
• Develops understanding and knowledge through performing work in new areas of the tools.
• Participates in code reviews.
• Identifies and proposes solutions for content creation bottlenecks.
• Estimates work as part of team iteration planning.
