Overview
Hiring Bonus up to $10,000 DOE and Relocation Package Available. Must begin work by July 1, 2024 to qualify.
$49.16-$78.18 per hour, based on RN Degree and level of experience.

Department Specific Working Conditions:
Ability to stand up to 6 hours without sitting
Fast paced admit/recovery environment, with often competing priorities and quick turn-over of patients
Must have the ability to change work location based upon procedure volumes and staffing needs
Requires the ability to ride the Arial tram throughout the day
Requires the ability to tolerate moving throughout entire shift
Requires the flexibility to stay focused and have your assignment changed several times throughout your shift
Requires after hours call
Responsibilities
BSN Graduates: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from a program accredited by Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA) 30 days before start date.
ADN Graduates: Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program 30 days before the start date.
Associate degree Nurses required to enroll in BSN program within 3 years of hire and complete within 5 years of hire
Internal ONA applicants: Associate Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
Current, unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse License
BLS at time of hire and must be issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
BLS must not expire during orientation
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
Qualifications
Department Specific Preferences (competencies, certifications, etc.):
Experience with caring for patients undergoing procedures and associated complications
Knowledge/experience related to RN administered moderate sedation
Experience as a Charge RN in a related setting
Experience as a member of a Shared Governance council or committee
