A candidate with strong organizational and communication skills will be needed to assist with contract administration. The ideal candidate will also be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Using Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Administrative assistant responsibilities:
Manage departmental documents (e.g., sequence sheets, development schedules, color scheme documents, plans, lot exhibits).
Obtain various permits and fees through check requests
Provide JD Edwards with information about the project (plan types, lot numbers, addresses, phased construction, etc.)
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in using JD Edwards
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
