Our client, a full service marketing agency based in Lakeland, Florida is hiring for a Marketing Project Manager to join their successful and growing team. The agency is going through a period of sustained growth, winning multiple well known national accounts both B2B and B2C. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for supporting customer's business
needs. This experienced project manager will work closely with dedicated B2B National accounts, marketing partners and operational teams to lead and execute campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supporting CRM and Marketing Automation teams, marketing campaigns, and projects at an
agency organization.
This is onsite M-F in Lakeland FL.
Reports to: Manager, Project Management Office (PMO)
Responsibilities
? Structure project plans, including roles and responsibilities, objectives, deliverables, and
work back plans with clear ownership to ensure project success from initiation through
delivery.
? Become the hub of information on projects with high complexity and/or strategic importance
for the agency project portfolio.
? Directly support project leaders with strategic recommendations, operational rigor, and
creative partnership.
? Establish project standards, cadence, and version controls for project documentation and
workflow to ensure the success of the CRM and Marketing Automation services, and
proactively develop new project tools and templates where needed.
? Manage highly complex projects comprised of a blend of scopes surrounding email journeys,
online campaigns, landing pages, emails, e-newsletters, QA-ing in third party CRM/MA
ecosystem, deploying forms on existing websites, etc.
? Directly support project leaders with strategic recommendations, operational rigor, and
creative partnership.
? Establish project standards, cadence, and version controls for project documentation and
workflow to ensure the success of programs, and proactively develop new project tools and
templates where needed.
? Execute against project plan, scope, timing, budget, and resources: manage agendas and
action items, owners, due dates, statuses, identify & mitigate risks, lessons learned, and
risks.
? Track and report on key metrics and use problem-solving skills to logically structure
ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct analysis, derive key insights, and
deliver recommendations.
? Drive team momentum and execution across cross-functional groups.
