We're on the lookout for a top-notch individual to join our expanding internal division as an HRIS Manager. If you possess expertise in ADP Vantage, payroll systems, HRIS security, implementation, and testing & analysis, we want to hear from you!
As part of our team, you'll:
???? Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the ADP Vantage Payroll Community.
???? Lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of Payroll Systems, including time and attendance, integrations, and more.
???? Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced security measures. ???? Oversee the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ADP Vantage, acting as the company liaison for all ADP Change Management initiatives.
???? Ensure system compliance with data security, privacy requirements, and relevant regulations.
???? Act as a system administrator, maintaining role-based user security and data integrity.
Must have skills to be considered:
???? Strong knowledge and relevant experience of ADP Vantage.
???? Expert working experince around Payroll.
???? Knowledge around HRIS Administration.
???? Experienced with one of more of HRIS Security, HRIS Implementations, HRIS Testing & Analysis, or HRIS Configurations.
