Job Description:
This pivotal role will serve as a cornerstone in helping lead VGMs transformation into a Data Driven organization, utilizing expertise in analytics and financial modeling to facilitate precise and strategic decision-making. This role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and analysis. Collaboration with commercial leaders and cross- functional teams will be paramount, bridging operational, accounting, and financial aspects. Proficiency in fundamental accounting principles, finance methodologies, and data analytics are fundamental.
This role will report directly to the VP of Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Essential Job Functions:
? Develop intricate financial models and forecasts, including budgetary projections and 5- year pro-forma analyses.
? Leverage IRR models to develop a pricing strategy across all of VGM.
? Craft executive-level presentations for managerial review, encapsulating key insights and recommendations.
? Provide detailed analytical support to commercial leaders, assessing performance against budgetary benchmarks and offering actionable solutions for optimization.
? Compile and disseminate comprehensive financial reports, KPI dashboards, and executive presentations to diverse stakeholders.
? Design data visualizations to help senior leaders, operations and commercial to identify trends and opportunities.
? Identify opportunities to streamline processes and bolster efficiency.
? Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.

Qualifications Needed:
? MBA preferred.
? Previous experience and proven skills using SQL is required.
? 3+ years of proven experience in Finance, Strategy, Data Analytics, or related fields.
? Proficient in financial modeling techniques.
? Experience in creating and delivering presentations to decision-makers using platforms like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
? Experience designing or using PowerBI dashboard preferred.
? Python proficiency is advantageous.
