Description: Our client is currently seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator



Job Title: ServiceNow System Administrator

Boston, MA



Job type : 3 Months Contract



Working hours: 35 hours per week



Hybrid ( 1 Day a week and occasional on team days)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• ServiceNow Platform Expertise - They should have a good understanding of ServiceNow's platform and its capabilities, particularly experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.
• Customization and Development - They must have a good understanding of scripting and customization. This includes familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the ServiceNow scripting tools like Business Rules, Scripted Web Services, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs. They should also be able to create and customize forms, views, and lists within the platform.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills - It's important that they have a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze problems, and come up with effective solutions.
