Responsibilities:
Perform multi-specialist technology level services including configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, and training on various products and services.
Collect, measure, record, process, and analyze complex data to support service improvement initiatives.
Proactively seek opportunities to increase utilization of Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services.
Demonstrate proficiency in assigned area of expertise and provide mentoring and training as needed.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel, ensuring customer needs are met.
Manage workload effectively, meeting response times, repair times, quality objectives, and cost control metrics.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, including maintaining required logs and reports.
Achieve expected productivity levels and actively participate in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities.
Hours: Full-time, location-based in Latham, New York
Qualifications:
Valid state driver’s license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy.
High school diploma required, with completed classes and experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, basic network and connectivity, and printing software applications.
Meets requirements specified in the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program for the assigned role.
