This role requires a technical skillset to work independently, servicing and training customers on Ricoh's business support offerings. It also includes new business development and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Technical: Performs product configuration, installation, troubleshooting, networking, maintenance, and training.
Customer Service: Maintains relationships with customers and promotes Ricoh's offerings.
Manage Workload: Manages own time/schedule, handles customer calls, and performs customer training.
Administrative: Complies with company policies, completes administrative tasks, and tracks activity.
Results: Achieves productivity targets, participates in sales programs, and performs other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (desired: classes/experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, networking, and printing software).
Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using computers and mobile technology.
