Job Description:

This position provides technical and customer service for Ricoh products and services, acting as a primary resource for training and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Technical: Configuration, installation, troubleshooting, training, data analysis for product improvement.
  • Customer Service: Understanding customer needs, maintaining relationships, providing solutions.
  • Workload Management: Meeting deadlines, response times, and quality objectives.
  • Administrative: Completing reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, experience with computers and electronics preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance.
  • Meets Ricoh's certification requirements for the assigned role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
