The Technology Service Support Representative is responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of company products and systems at customer locations within a specific geographic area. They handle a full workload in standalone and networked environments.
Responsibilities:
Achieve expected productivity levels associated with assigned workload and experience level.
Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
Drive revenue generating opportunities through supply leads, contract sales, network support contract leads, and equipment/print assessment leads.
Demonstrate technical expertise by performing servicing and repair procedures, basic connected installations, troubleshooting, and equipment component replacements.
Manage territory effectively by executing all required territory management and call handling procedures, working closely with sales partners, and maintaining parts inventory accuracy.
Provide high-level customer service by determining service needs, providing technical assistance, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Maintain professional appearance and demeanor, while being a positive and contributing team member.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Pay Details
Compensation range is $18.00-$23.00
Qualifications:
Journeyman level technical knowledge typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
Strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuitry, electronics, and digital competency.
Methodical problem-solving approach, strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills.
Ability to read and comprehend written technical information and apply PC's and associated software applications.
