Job Description:

The Senior Field Representative for Support CIP is tasked with providing specialized product/service solutions independently within designated business support areas. Responsibilities encompass technical service, customer support, workload management, administrative tasks, and achieving productivity targets.

Responsibilities:

• Technical:
• Configuring, installing, troubleshooting, networking, and maintaining products.
• Providing training and sharing solutions to enhance methods.
• Identifying opportunities to increase Ricoh equipment, supplies, and services utilization.
• Customer Services:
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel.
• Understanding and promoting Ricoh's support functions and offerings.
• Workload Management:
• Managing own time and schedule effectively.
• Executing workload management and call handling procedures.
• Administrative:
• Complying with company policies and completing administrative tasks accurately and timely.
• Maintaining required logs, processes, and reports.
• Results:
• Achieving expected productivity levels and actively participating in Ricoh Extra Value program opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage.
• High school diploma.
• Completion of relevant classes and experience in computers, electronics, mechanics, basic network, and printing software applications.
• Meets requirements of the Technology Services Training Role Inventory and Certification Program.
