Responsibilities:
Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit inquiries and enrollment.
Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred but not required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
