Tenancy Case Manager at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Raynham, Massachusetts

Job Description:

The Tenancy Case Manager serves as a neutral party to preserve the tenancies of persons at risk of eviction due to lease violations resulting from a disability.

• Evaluate referrals to determine which meet the appropriate criteria for open cases.


• Complete all intake paperwork - service agreement, initial assessment, and signing of releases for open case files.


• Create and monitor individual service plans for each tenant.


• Provide tenant, landlord/property manager, and legal representatives with updates regarding progress, and all identified ongoing issues.


• Maintain accurate case notes on all interaction and progress with client in case file.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm


Requirements: Previous Case Management experience (2+years). Strong intake skills.
Empathetic, patient, understanding working with underserved populations and people with Mental Health and/or addiction


Education: Bachelor's degree in Human or Social services preferred
