Join our Operational Sourcing team as a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Program Manager, where you will support and lead the development and execution of short & long-term risk mitigation and capacity projects across Medtronic Operation Networks / Operating Units. You will engage with Operation Networks / Operating Units leadership to ensure the delivery of effective procurement strategies and standards that deliver Medtronic's overall operations and business results.
This position can sit out of our Tempe, Northridge or Juncos site. Travel up to 25%.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
