If so, then we want you on our team as a Strategy Consultant! The Strategy Consulting team at xFact is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Consultant to join our team.
As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients towards effective, data-driven business strategies and sustainable growth. You will work closely with clients to analyze their current business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, analyze data and develop innovative strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic consulting, a deep understanding of data analytics, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions.
Job Responsibilities • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and solve sticky problems • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clients' compliance with business goals and objectives, risk management and overall performance • Provide insights and recommendations on areas such as enterprise risk management, customer engagement, and operational efficiency • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities in risk management, and solve complex problems. • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop tailored risk mitigation strategies. • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with clients' compliance, business goals, and risk management frameworks. • Provide insights and recommendations on enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. • Facilitate collaboration between state and local governments in developing and executing risk management strategies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy implementation and execution • Analyze data and build models to extract unique insights and assist clients in data-driven decision making • Communicate complex strategic concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences • Deliver high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide informed strategic advice • Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic matters
Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic consulting or a related field • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a relevant field; MBA preferred • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies for diverse clients • Risk Management expertise, such as experience in Cybersecurity, Strategic, Operational, Financial, Compliance, and Reputational risk domains, preferred • Ability to understand and advise on compliance with state and federal regulations, preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity effectively • Proficiency in data analysis tools and a strong understanding of business intelligence • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business success and shaping risk-aware strategies for government clients, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
