Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining client-facing and internal business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create easy-to-use, insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop user friendly Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations to meet business requirements for clients and internal operations.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI for analysis and reporting purposes.
Optimize and streamline data models for improved performance and usability.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and data integration processes.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate Power BI solutions into existing applications and systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
1 day on-site weekly (Monday's) in headquarters in Jupiter, Florida
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3 years of more proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Business Intelligence Developer.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
Experience with data visualization best practices and principles.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
Experience with ETL processes and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Healthcare industry experience (preferred but not required).
